I can't wait to go back! Their croissants are so light and flaky, the best I've had in a long time and the passionfruit pavlova exceeded my expectations. I'm not a huge meringue fan but it wasn't too sweet at all. The cream filling and passionfruit balance it out so beautifully! They didn't forget about the decor either, it's such a cheerful welcoming space. Even the plates were charming.

Such a warm, cozy, and inviting little spot! You can truly see the passion and care the owner put into bringing this place to life. Everything, from the treats to the cakes and desserts, is homemade right in-house. We even got to watch the owner preparing a beautiful Pavlova while she explained the process and poured fresh passion fruit over the top (you can check one of our pictures of it). We also tried a delicious Colombian treat called an Oblea, and she offers several different flavors to choose from. If you’re looking for a charming dessert spot with amazing homemade sweets and a personal touch, you definitely need to check this place out!

5 stars! Such a lovely little spot. The pavlova was absolutely beautiful and delicious — fresh, light, crisp, and perfectly balanced with the fruit. The coffee was rich, smooth, and clearly made with care. And the homemade empanada was a standout as well — warm, fresh, flavorful, and truly comforting. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and genuinely hecho con amor. You can feel the care behind each detail. Definitely a place I’d happily come back to.

Good pavlova is hard to find in South Florida, as the humidity always crushes its lofty goals. Pavlova Co has managed to make the perfect rendition of this dessert: crisp crust with a soft center that’s constructed to order. I opted for the Nutella pavlova and it reminded me of ones I’ve had in New Zealand. The crispy exterior that lends to a soft filling with fruit to top it all off. I chose a personal pavlova, which uses a meringue crust that’s filled with Nutella (or other options depending on what you pick), cream, and layered fruit. It was so delicious and had classic pavlova energy, bright but not too sweet. My husband tried the oblea and though we’re not experts on the authenticity of that one, it was still very good. Interesting mix of flavors and a really clever packaging that makes it easy to eat. We also tried some cannolis and they were exceptional. Fresh shells and rich fillings. Everything here tasted high quality. There’s a lot of care that goes into the whole menu. The employees were super nice and helped us understand the menu to pick our best dessert fit. This is definitely my new favorite dessert spot, it’s so unique!

My family and I just found our new favorite dessert spot in Coral Springs, Pavlova! We ordered the Dubai oblea, Dubai pavlova, pavlova latte, and strawberries with chocolate and everything was absolutely delicious. You can truly taste how fresh everything is! The service was amazing and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. You can tell they do everything with love and attention to detail. We’ll definitely be back again and again 🤍🍓✨
